SHIPPING & RETURNS

I don't have a Paypal account. Do you accept credit cards?

Yes. Paypal offers a pay by credit cared option. You do not have to have a Paypal account to purchase our products.

 

Is there a shipping fee?

We have a flat rate shipping fee of 9.00 and mail through USPS.

You may bypass shipping fees by choosing the option at check out to pick your order up at our boutique located in Corvallis, Oregon.

 

Can I use more than one promo code?

No. Only one promo code may be used.

Do you ship outside of the United States?

Unfortunately, at this time we only ship within the United States. We hope to include additional countries in the future. Thank you for your patience.  

How long will it take?

Orders may take up to 30 days. As a smaller boutique we do not stock large quantities of product. If you need your beauty products within 5-7 business days, please contact us before placing your order. We will always keep you updated on the status of your products. 

Will you ship to a PO Box? 

We do not ship to a PO Box. You must include a physical mailing address. We are not responsible for packages that are stolen. We do provide a tracking number. Once tracking status says that it was delivered, Seoul Sisters Korean Beauty is not responsible for the package. We are happy to include "signature required" at delivery for an additional cost.

Can I cancel my order?

We are happy to cancel your order or any products if we have NOT processed your order and shipping label. There is a 3% processing fee for all canceled orders, which will be deducted from your original total refunded.

 

If you want to cancel your order or any products after your order has been processed we will refund 50% of your order or products you want to cancel. Shipping fees are NON REFUNDABLE.

 

Please email us at orders@seoulsisterskoreanbeauty.com with your purchase order number immediately to cancel your order. 

If I don't like a product or color can I return the item?

No. We do not accept returns.

My beauty products arrived damaged. Can I return them?

Yes. Please contact us with photos of the damaged item or items along with photos of the packaging. We also take photos and inspect every product before we package and send them to you. Once you send back the products we will replace them. If the product is sold out, we will fully reimburse your credit card or Paypal account. We will also reimburse you for shipping. Please CONTACT US. Please include a copy of your receipt, photo of the damaged items, name, and contact info. Thank you. 

I received the wrong product.

We are so sorry and will send you the correct product. Please CONTACT US. You must include a copy of your receipt, photo of the incorrect product, name, and contact info. Thank you.

I received my products, however realize I ordered the wrong color/product. Can I return them?

No. We do not accept returns.

Yes! We are affiliated with Seoul Sisters and have a brick and mortar boutique located in Corvallis, Oregon. We carry Korean clothing, jewelry, accessories, shoes, and of course Korean beauty products and also have a Korean boutique travel company, Seoul Sisters Tour & Travel.
